My name is Anthony Cerminaro. My sainted grandmother was Bridget Ferry from Crickamore who emigrated to the United States in 1911, eventually settling in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, where she married James Veglia and gave birth to Doris Cerminaro, my mother.
Bridget was the daughter of James Ferry of Leffin whose father was Dennis Ferry of Crickamore. Bridget's mother was Catherine Bonner, daughter of Bernard/Bryan Bonner of Keadew, Templecrone. James Ferry and Catherine Bonner were married on April 21, 1884 in St. Mary's, Belcruit.
Bernard/Bryan Bonner was the husband of Grace Gallagher. Their children were Ellen, Manus, John, Owen, Hugh, Bernard, Mary, John and Catherine, who married James Ferry as noted previously.
